This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments and service access for Kommon School (“Kommon School,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Kommonify Ventures Pvt Ltd. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Access Model
- Our services operate on a fixed-term access basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or custom term).
- Once a payment is made, access is granted for the purchased term.
- There is no automatic renewal – if you wish to continue beyond your current term, you must make a new payment to extend access.
2. Cancellations
2.1 For Individual (B2C) Purchases
- You may cancel your order only before the access term starts.
- Once access for the purchased term has been activated, the payment is non-refundable.
2.2 For Institutional / Enterprise (B2B) Purchases
- Cancellations and changes are governed by the signed commercial agreement, purchase order, or contract.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B2B payments are non-refundable once licenses, access credentials, or services have been provisioned.
3. Trial Periods
- If a trial period is offered, it is free – no card or payment is required.
- At the end of the trial, you may choose to make a payment for the next term. If you do not pay, the usage in your trial account will be restricted automatically.
- Once a paid term starts, the Refunds policy applies.
4. Refunds
4.1 General Policy
- All fees are non-refundable once the purchased access term begins.
4.2 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same service.
- Proven billing error caused by our systems.
- Payment charged after a confirmed cancellation before activation.
4.3 Request Process
- Notify us within 7 working days of the transaction by emailing info@kommonschool.com with proof of payment and details.
- Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 working days. Processing times may vary by your bank/payment provider.
5. Usage-Based and One-Time Services
- For assessment-based, usage-based, or pay-per-session services, once access is provided or credits are consumed, no refunds will be issued.
- For B2B integration or project-based services, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
6. Disputes
- Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and related services until resolution.
