Kommon School is an experiential training organisation which helps individuals living the life 100% by enhancing their beyond academics skills as per the BESSI (Behavioural, Emotional and Social Skills Inventory) framework to enhance their personality and ultimately building the confidence with our solely crafted pedagogies & learning content. Having identified more than 60+ areas around BESSI framework, we are working on developing the self consumable and teaching aid content around the same.

Assessment is a critical aspect in any training. Especially, assessing and training people around communication skills is a challenging task in itself as the proper assessment tools don’t exist, even few tools are being deployed but it is not catering to contextual assessment of an individual. Catering to the same, we are focussing on developing XR based assessment tools that will function as an AI-VR based assessment tools with various simulations and assessment parameters across Speech, Language, Context, Sentiment, Eye Contact and Gestures.

In a nut-shell, Kommon School is an XR assisted experiential training organisation focussing on building self consumable and teaching aided content for the common people across the world.  Currently, we are India's most engaging platform for English communication skills with the highest number of engagement hours for training interventions.
